Instead of uploading CSVs or manually adding track metadata, now you can:
- Find the Spotify Importer tool in Contracts & Catalog > Bulk Catalog Tools.
- Search by artist, track name, UPC, ISRC, or paste a Spotify URL or URI. (Bulk search up to 20 identifiers at once.)
- Select the correct release from search results.
- Click Import to bring in the full release and track metadata. (Tone automatically links tracks and metadata and flags potential duplicates.)
- Review data and finalize two key pieces of information before saving: Label Information and P Line (Phonographic Copyright) Information.
- Highlight the release or track and click Submit changes to save the data in Tone.
2. Map New Catalog from Sales Statements

- Use Enhance with Spotify to pull in metadata for unmatched releases or tracks

- Use the Show Files hover feature to investigate edge cases.
